Lesson 2 · The Game
Every card has a fixed value. 2-10 are worth their number. Face cards (J, Q, K) are worth 10. The ace is worth 1 or 11.
Card values are the foundation of everything. Learn them by heart.
J♥, Q♦, K♣ are all worth 10.
A♠ is worth 11 by default, but counts as 1 if using 11 would cause you to bust.
