Lesson 1 · Surrender & Rules
Late surrender lets you give up half your bet before acting. It is only worth it in a few specific situations.
Surrender hands: H16 vs 9/10/A, H15 vs 10, H17 vs A (in H17). Everything else: play on.
Surrender — you lose less by giving up half than by playing to the end.
No surrender — H14 vs 10 is not among the hands to give up.
