Is the blackjack drill really free?
Yes. The drill is free and works without an account. Signing up (also free) saves your progress and unlocks statistics; Pro adds spaced-repetition scheduling and targeted training modes.
Which rules does the drill use?
By default the most common shoe game: 6 decks, dealer stands on soft 17, double after split allowed. You can change decks, S17/H17, DAS and surrender from the table-rules panel — the correct answers adapt instantly.
Do I need to know the strategy chart first?
No. The drill teaches by doing: answer, see the correct move, read the one-line reason. If you prefer to study first, the full basic strategy chart is free — and the 8-chapter course walks through it section by section.
